The self-developed liquid-cooled 100kg ultra-high-speed non-contact material homogenizer (ZYMB-100000VS) project of ZYE has officially received the "Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Certificate" after expert review organized by Beijing Zhongke Zhishen Technology Achievement Evaluation Co., Ltd., with the achievement level recognized as "domestic leading".
Leveraging multiple key innovative technologies such as liquid-cooled temperature control, ultra-high-speed homogenization, and non-contact material processing, this project has broken through industry bottlenecks of traditional homogenization equipment in material processing efficiency, temperature control stability, and material adaptability. At the same time, ZYE's three-roll mill 50T product successfully passed the audit by Hangzhou WanTai Certification Co., Ltd. and obtained the "Product Carbon Footprint Certificate". This certification strictly follows the ISO 14067-2018 international standard and the CTS GHG PCR—2409 guidelines, conducting a systematic accounting and assessment of the product's carbon emissions from a "cradle-to-grave" full lifecycle perspective.
The data shows that the carbon footprint of a single unit of this product is 2.67 tCO₂eq, with the carbon emission share of each stage clearly controllable: raw material production accounts for 8.20%, raw material transportation accounts for 0.11%, product manufacturing accounts for only 0.03%, product transportation accounts for 0.08%, and the product use phase, which accounts for 91.57% of emissions, has also achieved efficient and low-carbon operation through technical optimization.
