Introduction:
In the golden autumn of October, ZYE Technology set foot on the team building trip to Sipsongpanna. This activity was not only an opportunity to relax, but also a journey to enhance team cohesion. Through a series of deliberately planned activities, ZYE people experienced the magnificence of nature and the charm of culture together, and further deepened mutual understanding and trust.

In order to enhance team cohesion and enhance the ability of cooperation among employees, the company specially organized the Xishuangbanna team building activity.
Activity:
1. Tropical Botanical Garden Exploration:
The team first visited the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. We not only enjoyed the abundance of tropical plants, but also deepened team cooperation through interactive games. The botanical garden has more than 3,000 kinds of tropical and subtropical plants at home and abroad, mainly tropical rainforests. It is the largest botanical garden in China that integrates scientific research, plant germplasm conservation, science popularization and ecological tourism.
2. Cultural Experience:
In the botanical garden, the team members also experienced local cultural activities, including learning to make traditional handicrafts and tasting local cuisine. These activities not only allowed the team members to relax, but also increased their knowledge.
3. Waterfall Adventure:
The team members also went to the famous waterfall scenic spot for an exciting adventure. In front of the waterfall, we took a group photo together to record this unforgettable moment.
4. Birthday Celebration:
It coincided with the birthdays of several employees during the tour so ZYE specially prepared a birthday cake and gifts for them, so that employees feel the warmth of home.
5. Team building activities:
During the event, team members also participated in a number of team building activities, which not only enhanced understanding among team members, but also enhanced team collaboration.
6. Primitive Forest Park Adventure:
The team members went to the primary forest park to experience the jungle flying and peacock release. The forest coverage rate of the park is more than 98%, and it is a natural oxygen bar. The team members felt the charm of nature here.
7. Exploration of Elephant School at Wild Elephant Valley
The team members also went to the wild elephant Valley, where they were lucky enough to see wild elephants and visited the bird garden, butterfly garden and python garden. Finally, we watched an elephant show and had close contact with elephants.
8. Experience of traditional Dai tribe in Manzhang Village:
The team members went to Manzhang Village, which has a history of 500 years, and experienced traditional Dai projects such as sugarcane pressing, slow wheel pottery making, ancient paper making, rafting, and fishing in the river.
9. Manmo Xinzhai Rainforest Hike:
The team members went on a rainforest hike. We learned about walking skills in the rainforest, nature science, species diversity, and how to ward off blood-sucking venomous insects, snakes and elephants and wild boars.
10. Manting Park Visit:
The team members visited Manting Park, saw the vine plant area, the peacock garden, and experienced Dai and Thai architecture.
11. Pilgrimage to the General Buddhist Temple:
The team members went to the General Buddhist Temple and felt the solemnity and sanctity of the pilgrimage center for Buddhist believers in Xishuangbanna.
